GENERAL INFO

All shows at Jacobs Pavilion are rain or shine. Please note that the safety and security of fans is first priority. If conditions are unsafe shows may be delayed or canceled. You will be informed of any weather-related updates by email, to the email address you used when purchasing your tickets. Please bring suitable footwear and a raincoat or poncho.

All guests entering the venue are subject to a security screening. The purpose of the inspection is to detect PROHIBITED ITEMS, which are listed below:

PROHIBITED ITEMS

  • Outside food, beverages or alcohol
  • Weapons and weaponized props
  • LED items, laser pointers/pens, flashlights
  • Airhorns, whistles, cowbells, other noise-making devices
  • Illegal drugs/drug paraphernalia
  • Glow sticks or glow items, laser pointers
  • Mace or pepper spray
  • Fireworks, smoke bombs, flares, sparklers, incendiary devices
  • Skateboards, roller blades, roller shoes, ice skates, bicycles, helmets
  • Strollers or wagons
  • Blankets, lawn chairs and cushions, umbrellas
  • Bottles, flasks, cans, or coolers
  • Aerosol sunscreen (lotion is permitted)
  • Pets
  • Large backpacks or bags – maximum allowable bag size is 12″ W x 12″ H x 6″ D
  • Balloons, frisbees, balls, hula hoops, stuffed animals, or items deemed by management to be a projectile
  • Confetti, streamers, glitter
  • Anything with spikes/studs on them (shoes, bracelets, rings, clothing, etc.)
  • Signs, flyers handbills, and totems
  • Poster tubes
  • Wrapped items or gifts
  • Masks (excluding those worn for protection against COVID-19)
  • Permanent markers, spray paint, stickers, paint pens
  • Laptops, tablet computers, iPads, two-way radios
  • Selfie sticks, poles or any device deemed by management to be a weapon or projectile
  • Professional cameras, (detachable lens), Go-Pro cameras, or drones
  • No excessive amounts of prescription drugs, narcotic or non-narcotic. Prescriptions must match I.D. of the person in possession and must be in its respective bottle
  • Any other item deemed inappropriate by venue management or as requested by tours

GETTING HERE

Jacobs Pavilion is situated on the waterfront of the Cuyahoga River, at the west bank of The Flats in downtown Cleveland, Ohio. 2014 Sycamore St, Cleveland, OH 44113

 

PARKING INFO

Getting to Jacobs Pavilion is a breeze, with many different transport options to choose from, including walking, bicycling, public transport (bus and light rail) and driving. Taxis or rideshare companies (i.e. Uber or Lyft) also operate in Cleveland and are a quick and convenient option.

Parking lots surround the Nautica Entertainment Complex but are not owned or managed by AEG. Nautica Entertainment Complex Parking is a 1,200-space surface lot, located on 1200 Elm Street. It is recommended that guests arrive in plenty of time for events in order to avoid congestion or delays – parking will be open several hours prior to the start of the event. It is advised that parking spaces are first-come, first-served.
