All shows at Jacobs Pavilion are rain or shine. Please note that the safety and security of fans is first priority. If conditions are unsafe shows may be delayed or canceled. You will be informed of any weather-related updates by email, to the email address you used when purchasing your tickets. Please bring suitable footwear and a raincoat or poncho.

All guests entering the venue are subject to a security screening. The purpose of the inspection is to detect PROHIBITED ITEMS, which are listed below:

• Any form of weapon, including knives, mace or pepper spray
• Strollers
• iPads, laptops, or tablets
• Food or beverage
• Selfie sticks, monopods or tripods
• Recording devices, GoPros, professional cameras, removable lenses and external lighting
• Bottles, flasks or cans
• Coolers
• Blankets, lawn chairs and cushions
• Umbrellas
• Aerosol sunscreen (lotion is permitted)
• Laser pointers, glow sticks, drones
• Candles
• Incendiary devices
• Inline skates, skateboards, bicycles, helmets
• Pets
• Large backpacks or bags – maximum allowable bag size is 10″ x 10"
• Balloons, frisbees, balls, hula hoops, stuffed animals, or items deemed to be a projectile.
• Confetti, streamers, glitter
• Anything with spikes/studs on them (shoes, bracelets, rings, clothing, etc.)
• Signs, flyers and totems
• Sticks, poles or sports equipment
• Wrapped items or gifts
• Masks (excluding those worn for protection against COVID-19)
• Whistles, horns or noisemakers
• Handbills or flyers
• Spray paint, markers, sharpies, and paint pens
• No excessive amounts of prescription drugs, narcotic or non-narcotic. Prescriptions must match I.D of the person in possession and must be in its respective bottle.
